These Terms govern use of the ANYPLACEGOLF website and purchases from the store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this site.

Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, dimensions and images. Colors and finishes may vary with material batches, lighting and displays. Measurements described as nominal may have ordinary manufacturing tolerances.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, fraud review and product availability. We may contact you to confirm specifications or correct an obvious pricing or content error before accepting an order.

Custom and made-to-order work

You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, destination details and artwork and for approving the final layout. Once materials are cut, printed or assembled, changes or cancellation may be unavailable or subject to costs already incurred.

Electronics exclusion

Launch monitors, projectors, computers and simulator software are not included unless explicitly listed in the product's included items.

Delivery

Production and transit dates are estimates. Customs, weather, remote-area access and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. Risk and responsibility for duties and taxes follow the confirmed order and freight terms.

Installation and safety

You are responsible for site suitability, safe clearances, assembly, anchoring, supervision and compliance with local rules. Stop using an inflatable structure in unsafe wind, severe weather or a damaged condition.

Returns and warranty

Returns, cancellations, shipping-damage reporting and limited warranty remedies are governed by our Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy.

Intellectual property

Store content, original graphics and ANYPLACEGOLF branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. You confirm that you have permission to use artwork or logos supplied for customization.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
