Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

Before production begins

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Once materials have been cut, printed or assembled, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Made-to-order and customized products

Customized sizes, colors, logos and made-to-order products are not returnable for preference changes. This does not limit remedies for verified manufacturing defects or items that materially differ from the approved specification.

Shipping damage

Inspect packages promptly. Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and affected product, then contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Limited quality warranty

Inflatable products include a two-year limited quality warranty against verified manufacturing defects under normal intended use. Wear, punctures, misuse, improper anchoring, severe weather exposure, unauthorized repair and cosmetic aging are excluded. A repair kit is included with applicable inflatable products.
