Made-to-order production

Most inflatable products are produced after order confirmation. Standard production is typically 6 business days after artwork and specification approval. Custom or complex projects may require additional time.

Free worldwide standard shipping

Standard worldwide delivery is included at no additional shipping charge for serviceable addresses, including the United States, Europe and Australia. Oversized access restrictions, remote islands or destinations that carriers cannot serve may require an alternative arrangement before production.

• Standard sea door-to-door: typically about 39 business days in transit after production.
• Express upgrade: typically about 9 business days in transit after production and available for an additional quoted charge.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs inspections, remote-area delivery and carrier disruptions may affect timing.

Duties and taxes

Free shipping covers the standard freight charge. Import duties, VAT, GST and local taxes are not included unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery and contact information.

Inspection and tracking

Made-to-order inflatables are visually inspected before dispatch. Tracking or freight milestones are provided when available.
