A successful golf activation is a small operating system: the structure, game format, branding, queue and safety plan all need to work together.
Start with the guest outcome
Choose between simulator play, longest-drive competition, closest-to-the-pin or a fast chipping target. The desired throughput determines how long each guest can participate.
Use changeable branding
Removable logo panels let an operator reuse the same structure for different sponsors. Approve artwork placement at the same time as the enclosure layout.
Design the footprint
Include the operating area, blower position, protected cables, spectator boundary and a queue that does not cross the swing zone.
Assign an operator
A trained operator controls turns, checks anchors, monitors weather and keeps guests outside the hitting area until invited.
Prepare for repeat deployment
Use a packing checklist for the enclosure, screen, blower, anchors, repair kit, electronics and branded panels. Photograph the preferred setup so future crews can reproduce it.
